Note: Looking for Immediate JoinersRoles and Responsibilities: : Roles & Responsibilities Network Architecture & Design Design enterprise-grade Aruba network architectures for campus, branch, and data center environments. Develop high availability, scalable, and secure network designs using Aruba CX switching, wireless controllers, and Aruba Central. Define network segmentation, security policies, and access control frameworks. Network Migration & Transformation Lead end-to-end migration from legacy network platforms (Cisco, Juniper, HP, etc.) to Aruba infrastructure. Perform network discovery, assessment, and gap analysis. Create migration strategy, implementation roadmap, rollback plans, and validation procedures. Execute phased migration with minimal disruption to business operations. Implementation & Deployment Deploy and configure: Aruba CX Switches Aruba Wireless Access Points Aruba Mobility Controllers Aruba Central Aruba ClearPass Policy Manager Configure VLANs, routing protocols, network segmentation, QoS, and security policies. Wireless Network Implementation Design and implement enterprise wireless networks using Aruba access points and controllers. Perform RF planning, site surveys, and wireless optimization. Troubleshoot wireless performance and roaming issues. Security Integration Implement network access control using Aruba ClearPass. Integrate Aruba infrastructure with IAM, NAC, SIEM, and security platforms. Implement Zero Trust Network Access policies and microsegmentation. Automation & Monitoring Use Aruba Central, APIs, and automation tools to streamline network operations. Integrate monitoring with network monitoring tools and SIEM platforms. Automate configuration deployment and compliance validation. Troubleshooting & Optimization Troubleshoot complex issues related to: Routing Switching Wireless connectivity Network authentication Access control Perform network performance tuning and capacity planning. Documentation & Knowledge Transfer Create detailed network design documents, migration plans, runbooks, and SOPs. Provide knowledge transfer sessions and training to internal teams and clients. Stakeholder & Program Coordination Work with program managers, project teams, and vendors for smooth project delivery. Participate in technical workshops and architecture review boards. Provide technical leadership during migration and stabilization phases. 3. The role will involve architecture design, migration planning, implementation, optimization, and operational stabilization of Aruba networking solutions including Aruba CX switching, Aruba Wireless, Aruba ClearPass, Aruba Central, and SD-Branch solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Aruba networking technologies, large-scale migration programs, network security integration, and enterprise-grade network architectures. The candidate will work closely with customer stakeholders, infrastructure teams, and security teams to ensure seamless migration with minimal downtime.
