Role Objective/Purpose of the Role Support CMI CoE + Pricing Head by leading insights & analytics agenda on Nutrition category & Portfolio Pricing Strategy. In this role, candidate will drive Insights integration into Amway Business by enabling data and insights-based decision making driving Health and Wellness - Strategy & Execution excellence, Post-Launch GTM Impact and Portfolio Pricing strategy for all categories. Insights integration will be key in strategy development to designing & development of solutions to execution and experience measurement to keep learning and evolving all our initiatives. Discovery of New Spaces (Health and Wellness), Business models, Trends to identify which business levers will drive growthCo-Creation/Pre-Launch testing of initiatives to ensure Consumer & ABO data & insights-based initiatives are launched. Mining of ABO Insights and Best Practices to help develop ABO and LOS level customized plansMeasurement of Experience and Impact of all initiatives to develop what’s and not working and evolve our initiatives. Primary Responsibilities:1. Lead Insights and data based decision making for growth of Health and Wellness strategy based on ABO - (Amway Business Owners), Consumer Insights and Competitive Intelligence integration.2.Lead Health and Wellness Insights – Discovery of New categories, new territories, platforms, benefit (solution) spaces and Emerging TrendsPortfolio Restage - story, benefits/claims, ingredients Portfolio Innovation - Ideas, Concepts, Claims, Product sensorials, Packaging, Pricing, Name, Positioning ITMs / Product, Solution, Commercial Innovation Pre-Launch Co-Creation and Post-Launch MeasurementPositioning, Reputation and Equity Insights for Nutrition brands Content and Communication Insights - Pre-Launch/Co-Creation and Post-Launch Measurement 3. Lead Post-Launch GTM Impact Insights & Analytics for all launches. This vertical will be responsible to ensure that GTM excellence is driven based on Market Insights & Best Practices. 4.Lead integration of Data Analytics within overall Initiatives Insights to ensure Insights & Internal analytics are aligned to drive holistic decisions. 5. Lead Pricing and PI (Profitability Index) management for all categories and Product Portfolio.6.
