As part of its next growth phase, Consultport is establishing and scaling its India operations as a strategic delivery and growth hub.The Mission:-We are looking for a Country Head - Growth & Delivery to take ownership of Consultport’s business in India, APAC, and MENA. This person will be responsible for building and managing the teams, growing the client base, closing deals, and running the P&L for the region. The person will work closely with the CEO and global leadership team.Responsibilities:-Team LeadershipBuild and manage the India teamHire, lead, and develop team members across project delivery and business developmentSet clear goals, performance expectations, and ways of workingClient Development & SalesDefine and execute the business development strategy for India, APAC, and MENA.Own revenue generation and pipeline development across target client segments.Lead commercial expansion and close client deals.India P&L OwnershipTake full P&L responsibility for the regionDefine revenue targets, budgets, and cost structureTrack performance and take action to ensure profitabilityDelivery & OperationsOwn delivery outcomes and service quality across the regional business.Ensure delivery performance supports client retention and repeat revenue growth.Improve delivery processes as the team scales.Stakeholder ManagementAct as the main point of contact for India within the companyWork closely with the CEO, Till Schmid, as a thought partner on strategy, performance, and growth of the region.Work closely with teams in the Berlin office.Qualifications:-6-10 years of experience in building and running teams or businesses.Experience in consulting, expert networks, professional services, or B2B platforms.Proven experience founding, co-founding, or scaling a business, or leading the India country launch or expansion for another companyAbility to operate at a strategic level while remaining hands-on in execution when requiredPrevious responsibility for revenue and/or P&L.Comfortable working independently and building things from scratch.Previous experience in an expert network or recruiting agency is an advantage.
