The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while ensuring client satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesManage complete lifecycle of interior design projects—from concept to handoverCoordinate with clients, designers, contractors, vendors, and internal teamsDevelop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategiesMonitor project progress and ensure adherence to scope, schedule, and costConduct site visits to ensure quality control and compliance with design specificationsHandle procurement processes, vendor negotiations, and material approvalsIdentify project risks and implement mitigation strategiesEnsure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standardsProvide regular project updates and reports to stakeholdersManage client expectations and maintain strong professional relationshipsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field5–10 years of experience in project management within interior fit-outs or constructionProven experience in corporate/commercial office interior projectsStrong understanding of design processes, materials, and execution techniquesProficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, Excel)Key Skills & CompetenciesExcellent project planning and organizational skillsStrong leadership and team coordination abilitiesEffective communication and stakeholder managementBudgeting and cost control expertiseProblem-solving and decision-making skillsAttention to detail and quality focusAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and performance incentivesOpportunity to work on high-profile corporate projectsCollaborative and creative work environmentCareer growth and development opportunities
