We’re Hiring: Manager – Performance Management (PACA)Brainware University | Barasat, West Bengal, India (On-site)Position Overview:Brainware University invites applications for Manager – Performance Management under the Performance Appraisal & Career Advancement (PACA) wing. This role drives the University’s employee Scorecard system, ensuring individual performance aligns with institutional goals, and manages annual reviews and promotions under the Career Advancement Scheme (CAS).Role Highlights:Own and strengthen an end-to-end Performance Management + Career Advancement ecosystemWork closely with academic and non-academic leadership on PBAS, CAS processes, and KPI governanceLead a dedicated team supporting appraisal analytics, documentation, and institutional metricsKey Responsibilities:Design and implement the University’s Performance Based Appraisal System (PBAS).Evaluate faculty Notable Contributions, including innovative teaching, startup promotion, and digital content creation for MOOCs.Coordinate selection committees for personal promotions from one academic level to the next under CAS.Assess non-teaching staff performance against defined institutional KPIs.Ensure process documentation, timeline adherence, reporting accuracy, and cross-department coordination.Educational Qualification: (Master’s Mandatory)Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in one of the following (or equivalent related area):MBA / PGDM (HR / Operations / Administration)LLM/MA / MSc / MCom with strong higher-education compliance exposureExperience Requirement:4–5 years of relevant experience in universities/colleges or similar higher-education environments, handling performance management, appraisal systems, promotions/CAS coordination, HR operations, or institutional governance.PACA Wing Team Structure:Ideal team size/Vacancy: 5–7 membersComposition: 1 Manager, 2 Appraisal Specialists (HR background), and 2–4 Data Analysts (research publications and student feedback metrics tracking)How to Apply-
