Focused on providing only the finest to their customers, Isprava’s defining principles - exclusivity, comfort, and integrity -- have propelled them to become an acknowledged connoisseur of crafting one-of-a-kind lifestyle experiences through distinctly unique residences.Website link - page - and homes - story - Relationship Manager - Home Owner Relation (Duty Manager/Front Office Manager/Guest Relation Manager)BU: Lohono StaysDept : HOMLocation: North GoaKey Responsibilities:• Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, serving as their primary point of contact.• Act as homeowners’ representative within the company, managing operational and financial approvals.• Provide regular performance updates and reports on properties.• Collaborate with sales and marketing to promote properties and maximize rental revenues.• Monitor property expenses, maintenance, repairs, and renovations within budget.• Oversee financial transactions, ensuring accurate payments and reporting.• Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution of homeowner concerns; escalate when required.• Supervise property maintenance and housekeeping services to ensure high standards.• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements (licenses, permits, safety).• Resolve disputes professionally between company and homeowners.• Maintain accurate homeowner records and agreements.• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance homeowner services.Education & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field (preferred).5–7 years in Customer Service, Sales, or Key Account Management (Hospitality/Travel/Tourism industry preferred).Skills & Traits: • Proven experience in property management, hospitality, or similar role.• Strong financial acumen and budget management ability.• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.• Proficiency in relevant software and reporting tools.• Customer-centric mindset with high ownership.Benefits:5 Days working (Monday to Friday)Medical InsurancePaid LeavesExposure working with HNI.
