This isn't a siloed design or engineering role; it's a hybrid ownership position where you'll drive the craft and get your design shipped to end users.Core Responsibilities:Design intuitive experiences: Craft user experiences that feel effortless and meaningful - from information architecture and identity systems to micro-interactions and AI-mediated flows.Behaviour thinking: Design with consumer behavior and human psychology in mindRapid Prototyping & User Validation: Translate ideas into prototypes that can be validated by quick experimentsDesign systems: Establish foundational design patterns and component libraries that scale with the productCollaborate with founding team: Work directly with our founders on product strategy, technical feasibility, and vision alignmentSet the bar: Define what /"great/" looks like for UI/UX at Wizzme - both user delight and usability.You Should be hands on with:Claude, Lovable or Cursor for rapid prototyping and AI-assisted developmentFigma for design exploration and system documentationFamiliar with frontend stack - Web, Android, iOSWho we are looking for:Core Traits:Strong design taste: You have opinions about typography, spacing, color, interaction.
