We are looking for a deeply customer-centric, behaviour-design-oriented Product Lead who can translate Traya’s vision into a world-class product that is intuitive, empathetic, habit-forming, and built to drive real outcomes.This is not a typical “ship features” role. Product Vision & StrategyDefine and own the long-term product roadmap aligned with Traya’s mission of improving a million lives.Craft a cohesive product vision across diagnosis, onboarding, treatment adherence, progress-tracking, and long-term wellness.Balance customer insights, medical accuracy, and business priorities to build a product that is both loved and effective.2. Reimagining the Customer JourneyBuild an end-to-end journey that is intuitive, simple, and emotionally reassuring.Break complex health protocols into daily micro-habits and clear guidance.Reduce friction, overwhelm, and ambiguity at every step.Solve for moments where customers lose motivation, drop off, or feel stuck.3. Behaviour Change & Adherence DesignDesign systems that build habits, reinforce momentum, and nudge users towards consistency.Create smart triggers, interventions, and personalised journeys based on behavioural patterns.Build progress visibility loops that help customers see and believe in their improvement.4. Cross-Functional LeadershipPartner closely with Tech, Brand, Growth, Medical/Doctors, R&D, and Operations.Ensure a unified customer voice across product, coaches, communication, and care teams.Drive alignment on user outcomes, not vanity metrics.5. Product Development ExcellenceBuild and lead the product team PMsSet up frameworks for discovery, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making.Establish a culture of thoughtful problem definition and meaningful execution.6. Insights, Data & ExperimentationUse behavioural data, user patterns, and qualitative insights to drive roadmap decisions.Build experimentation pipelines (A/B, behavioural experiments, habit loop testing).Define, track, and own core product health metrics (adherence %, engagement loops, NPS, outcomes success rates).What You Bring10-12+ years of product management experience, with 3+ years leading product teams.Proven experience in building consumer-facing products (D2C, health-tech, consumer tech, wellness, behaviour-change platforms, habit apps, ed-tech, etc.).Deep intuition for consumer psychology, motivation cycles, and habit-building.Ability to work across science, brand, growth, tech, and medical teams with ease.Strong first-principles thinker who can reduce complex problems into simple experiences.Leadership experience in scaling product teams and building high-performance pods.Excellent storytelling and communication skills.Bias for outcomes, not output.Why Join Traya?Work on a real problem that affects millions - behaviour change in health.Build a product that blends medical science + user psychology + design + habit systems.Be part of a mission-driven team that believes in impact, empathy, and outcomes.Shape the product that defines Traya’s next chapter.
