Responsibilities:Manage daily warehouse operations: inbound inventory, pick-pack-ship, and returns.Oversee 3PL partners and transporters.Maintain live inventory accuracy across offline, online, and export channels.Optimize warehouse layout, storage, and manpower utilization.Implement SOPs for packaging, labeling, and dispatch.Good to have:4–7 years in warehouse / logistics operations, ideally in consumer electronics or FMCG.Familiar with ERP / WMS systems.Strong attention to detail and on-ground team management skills.
