Supported by institutional investors and guided by a double bottom line philosophy, the company consistently delivers impact at scale and profitability with purpose.As ConveGenius enters its next phase of growth, it is shaping the future of AI-led public education infrastructure — where technology, partnerships, and governance intelligence converge to redefine how nations learn and thrive.Learn more about us: Key Responsibilities: Conduct research and scope out key projects around evaluation and academic deliveryDeliver academic projects as per agreed timelines, work plans, and budgets.Prepare and track detailed project plans, risks, and mitigation actions to ensure smooth execution.Manage field operations: training, assessments, classroom implementation, and monitoring visits.Ensure timely and accurate data collection and support preparation of reports and presentations.Act as the primary point of contact for government stakeholders and partners during project execution.Supervise on-ground project staff and ensure adherence to processes and documentation.Qualifications: Master’s degree in Development, Public Policy, or related field - good to have.5 - 7 years of experience in projects around education research and evaluation, with at least 3 - 5 years in project delivery/implementation roles.Strong project management, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.Comfortable with fieldwork and travel within the stateWhat We Offer and Why You Should Join ConveGeniusAt ConveGenius, we create an environment where purpose meets growth.
