With a focus on quality, comfort, and global design sensibilities, we aim to build a distinctive presence across international markets.Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Fashion Designer (Kidswear) with 1–5 years of experience to take end-to-end ownership of seasonal collections—from concept and trend research to tech packs and production. The role involves designing commercially viable, age-appropriate collections for the 0–14 segment, while working across fabric sourcing, fittings, prints, and production coordination, ensuring quality, timelines, and child safety standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to marketing and visual direction, mentor juniors, and stay aligned with market trends and business goals.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design1–5 years of design experience in apparel, preferably in kidswear, childrenswear, or fast fashionStrong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; CLO 3D or Browzwear is an added advantageExcellent color sensibility, print aesthetic, and understanding of children’s design language by age groupThorough knowledge of fabric types, garment construction, and stitching techniques relevant to kidswearUnderstanding of child safety norms and international quality standards for children’s apparelStrong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentSelf-motivated and comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively in a team setupWillingness to travel domestically as per business requirementsLocation: Bangalore (Hybrid - 3 days office / 2 days remote)Employment Type: Fashion DesignerStipend: Up to ₹8,00,000 per annum (CTC, pro-rated)Travel Required: Yes - Factory visits, trade fairs, buyer meetings, vendor sourcingReporting To: Design Head / Creative DirectorShare your portfolio link to
