It offers an authentic glimpse into the journey you could be part of: you excited to join our team as Intern - Compensation & Benefits?The intern will support core HR operations with a focus on compensation and benefits, assist in the implementation of HR policies, and contribute to effective employee benefits administration and personnel management. This role offers hands-on exposure to day-to-day HR functions and practical learning within a dynamic work environment.Roles & ResponsibilitiesAssist in managing compensation structures, payroll inputs, and benefits administration.Support implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.Coordinate with internal teams and vendors on benefits, insurance, and compliance mattersPrepare HR reports, trackers, and basic analytics related to compensation and benefits.Handle employee queries related to salary, benefits, and HR policies.Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all HR-related data.Qualifications:Master’s degree in human resources, with a strong foundation in core HR principles, policies, and organizational practices.Basic understanding of HR functions, especially compensation and benefits.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
