Responsibilities: We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented finance professional to manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions. The role involves end-to-end ownership of vendor payments, customer billing and collections, reconciliations, and support for month-end close and audit activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting fundamentals, hands-on ERP experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts Payable (AP)Process vendor invoices accurately and ensure timely payments as per agreed termsValidate invoices against purchase orders, contracts, and internal approvalsPerform vendor reconciliations and resolve invoice or payment discrepanciesEnsure compliance with statutory requirements such as TDS, where applicableMaintain proper documentation and records for audit purposesAccounts Receivable (AR)Generate and issue customer invoices in line with contracts and billing schedulesMonitor receivables and follow up with customers for timely collectionsMaintain customer ledgers and perform regular reconciliationsTrack ageing reports and escalate overdue balancesApply and allocate receipts accurately in the accounting systemGeneral Accounting and ReportingSupport month-end and year-end closing activitiesPrepare MIS and reports related to AP and ARCoordinate with internal teams, vendors, customers, and auditorsEnsure adherence to company policies and accounting standardsRequired Qualifications and SkillsBachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field3–8 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts ReceivableStrong understanding of accounting principles and financial processesHands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Tally, NetSuite, or similarProficiency in MS Excel (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skillsHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailPreferred QualificationsExperience in handling audits and statutory complianceWorking knowledge of GST, TDS, and local regulatory requirementsExperience in a corporate or shared services finance environmentShare cvs with
