Speech and Language Therapist — The Cub, New DelhiThe Cub is a child and adolescent development centre based in Panchsheel Park, South Delhi. We work with neurodivergent children and their families, offering assessments, therapeutic interventions, and skill-building programmes. Our team is multidisciplinary, our practice is evidence-informed, and our standard is high.We are looking for a Speech and Language Therapist to join us full-time.The RoleYou will assess and support neurodivergent children across the full range of speech, language, and communication needs — working closely with our psychologists and occupational therapists to build formulations that none of us could reach alone. Your findings will interrogate theirs, and theirs will interrogate yours.What You Will Be DoingAssessing receptive and expressive language, speech, and social communication in neurodivergent children aged 3–18Contributing your clinical lens to MDT formulations — particularly where language processing difficulties present as attention, behavioural, or social difficultiesDelivering individual therapy across language disorder, social communication, pragmatic language impairment, AAC, and selective mutismCo-facilitating our Socio-Emotional & Communication LabParticipating in family feedback sessions and writing clear, plain-language SLT sections for multidisciplinary reportsWhat We Are Looking ForA recognised SLT qualification and RCI registration (essential)2–4 years of clinical experience with neurodivergent children — ASD, ADHD, DLD, and related profilesStrong differential assessment skills and a working knowledge of AACSomeone who understands that neurodiversity is not a flaw to be corrected — and whose practice reflects thatThe ability to write clearly and work genuinely collaboratively across disciplinesFluency in English; Hindi an advantageWhat We OfferA small, serious, values-driven teamA multidisciplinary environment where your clinical thinking will be stretched and supportedRegular MDT discussions and clinical supervisionA centre that is building something — you will have real input into how our programmes develop
