The role involves planning, coordination, and monitoring of projects while ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and quality compliance. The candidate will work closely with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and site engineers, with periodic site visits to ensure alignment with project plans.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & ExecutionDevelop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestonesMonitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedules and budgetsIdentify risks and implement mitigation strategiesStakeholder CoordinationAct as the central point of coordination between architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teamsCollaborate with site engineers to ensure smooth on-ground executionFacilitate regular project review meetings and status updatesSite MonitoringConduct periodic site visits to review progress, quality, and safety standardsEnsure construction activities align with approved drawings and specificationsAddress on-site challenges and escalate critical issues when requiredQuality & ComplianceEnsure adherence to regulatory norms, safety standards, and quality benchmarksReview and validate technical drawings, BOQs, and vendor deliverablesVendor & Contractor ManagementCoordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure the timely delivery of workTrack performance and resolve operational bottlenecksReporting & DocumentationMaintain project documentation, including reports, schedules, and budgetsProvide regular progress reports to senior managementKey RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)5–10 years of experience in project management within real estate or constructionStrong understanding of construction processes, project lifecycle, and site executionExperience coordinating with multiple stakeholders, including consultants and contractorsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and plansStrong problem-solving, organisational, and communication skillsWillingness to travel for site visits as required
