Responsibilities:Own the P&L for the acquisition of SME Businesses in the Electronics manufacturing space.Build a quality SME portfolio and develop customized solutions for clients. Coordinate for pre- and post-sales processes to ensure timely onboarding.Partner with channel partners/ SMEs from EMS/ OEMs globally, identify new product opportunities, and suggest new business strategies.Good to have:5–9 years of experience in business development roles for the OEMs/ EMS firms.Proven track record in identifying new business opportunities and suggesting strategiesHaving exposure of electronics, OEMs, EMS, Semiconductors is mandatory.Mandatory experience scaling revenue for B2B SaaS products.Proven ability to work effectively with engineering, data, and AI teamsStrong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholdersExperience leading squads in fast-moving, high-growth environmentsExposure to supply chain, procurement, or industrial data products is a plus
