The role involves driving ESG initiatives, ensuring compliance, data management and enhancing disclosures.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport sustainability KPI tracking and reporting (environmental and non-environmental)Collect, validate, and analyze data across business units.Assist in preparing sustainability disclosures (BRSR, IR, CDP, DJSI, etc.).Monitor compliance with environmental and ESG regulations.Support internal/external stakeholder engagementAssist in sustainability initiatives on decarbonization, circular economy, supply chain etc.Research and benchmark global best practices to support continuous improvement.
