Job Title

Sikich is seeking a consultant to work with our Life Sciences clients to help them successfully implement and adopt our Quality Management System (QMS) software. This individual will be responsible for providing consulting services to clients throughout the implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering, demo and scoping to user training and post-implementation support. Fluency in English is mandatory for this position.Primary Job Responsibilities:Conduct requirements gathering and scoping sessions with clients to understand their business processes and QMS requirementsAdhere to the Project timelines and raise any risk whenever neededConfigure the QMS software to meet client requirements and ensure data accuracyProvide user training and support to clients throughout the implementation processWork closely with the project team to ensure successful implementation, including collaborating with developers, project managers, and other consultants as neededManage client relationships and communicate project status updates on a regular basisTravel to client sites as neededRequirements:3+ years of experience in Life Sciences Quality Management, with a focus on QMS implementation and configurationExperience in working with TrackWise / TrackWise Digital / Salesforce ConfigurationConfigure and optimize TrackWise On-Premises / TWD SolutionsExperience in migrating configuration from one Environment to another EnvironmentExperience in drafting and Execution of Validation Documentation like IQ, Design documentationExperience in drafting Configuration Specification / Design documentationProficiency in managing Admin Queries, SAP Crystal Reports, WebservicesExperience with Installation / UpgradesBachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Computer Science or related fieldsExperience working with Life Sciences regulations and standards such as FDA 21 CFR Part 11, ISO 13485, and EU MDRExperience with software implementation projects, including requirements gathering, scoping, testing, and trainingStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively to find solutions to complex issuesStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and project team membersBenefits of being a part of the teamFamily Health Insurance including parentsLife & Accident InsuranceMaternity/paternity leavePerformance-based incentivesReferral Bonus programExam Fee Reimbursement PolicyIndian festival holidays5 days working weekDoctor's Consultation
