Position - Contract Brewery Manufacturing Operation SupportLocation - Bangalore, KarnatakaQualification - B.Tech / Master of BusinessExperience - 15-20 YearsResponsibilitiesProcess efficiency Improvement InitiativesIdentify key areas of improvement along with the team which are of high impact and/or valueTo Pursue with CBU partner on Lean TPM / Safety / Quality to ensure alignment with the overall manufacturing planPlan implementation of shared learning to best-in-class standards across breweries. Leverage practices from breweries and plan standardization and improvements towards being best to meet UBL requirement.Performance monitoring & reportingEstablish KPIs and dashboards to track operational performance.Regularly report progress on improvement initiatives to MT Leadership with data-driven insights and recommendationsLoss analysis and loss deployment, Monthly review with CBU team.Project and NPD program implementation Lead and manage NPD and expansion projects in coordination with onteranl stakeholders and manage upto commercialization, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.Develop project plans, manage resources, track milestones, and mitigate risks across all phases.Collaborate with marketing, SC and CTC teams to align on project goals and execution plans.Act as the central point of contact for all stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.CBU process compliance and Statutory auditsDevelop and implement annual audit plans covering process audits, statutory compliance, and risk-based assessments.Conduct thorough internal audits to evaluate process efficiency, internal controls, and regulatory adherence.Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting non-conformities, risk areas, and recommendations.
