We drive entrepreneurship through incubation, acceleration, and market access, supporting 3000+ start-ups through a network of mentors, corporates, and investors.Role SummaryAs the Human Resources Business Partner - Manager, you will occupy a pivotal role between strategic leadership and hands-on execution. You will lead the design and implementation of scalable HR systems, partner with department heads to align people strategy with business goals, and manage the complete employee lifecycle for the organization. You are a /"builder/" who can translate vision into high-performance culture and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Business Partnership & Talent StrategyWorkforce Planning: Partner with leaders and program leads to build organization structures, workforce plans, and talent priorities.Advisory: Act as a thought partner to people managers, providing guidance on team dynamics and performance management.Resource Management: Oversee staffing health, identifying capacity or skill gaps and proactively flagging risks to leadership.2. Talent Acquisition & ManagementEnd-to-End Recruitment: Own the hiring pipeline for multiple roles, from sourcing to offer closure, while designing effective strategies for niche needs.Onboarding: Design and deliver a seamless, high-touch onboarding experience for new joiners.L&D Frameworks: Set up learning and development frameworks, recognition programs, and capability-building initiatives.3. Systems, Operations & ComplianceProcess Engineering: Review current practices to set up scalable processes across the employee lifecycle (hiring, performance, offboarding).HRMS Ownership: Lead the implementation and management of HR tools (e.g., Zoho People, Darwinbox, Keka) and maintain data integrity in rosters and dashboards.Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to labor laws and manage essential policies like the code of conduct and leave protocols.4. Culture & EngagementValues Integration: Embed company values into daily operations through team activities and internal communications.Employee Relations: Serve as the go-to person for employee queries, handling relations with sensitivity, empathy, and clarity.Change Management: Support organizational transitions, restructuring, and high-performance culture initiatives.The Ideal CandidateExperience: 5–8 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HRBP, with at least 2–3 years in a mid-to-senior management capacity.Environment: Proven track record in a startup, incubator, or fast-paced environment where you built processes from scratch.Technical Skills: Hands-on proficiency with HRMS/ATS tools and advanced Excel/Google Sheets for people analytics.Stakeholder Management: Experience working with senior stakeholders (CXO/VP level) and a collaborative spirit.Mindset: High ownership, execution excellence, and the ability to balance structure with flexibility.
