The ideal candidate brings deep domain expertise in Healthcare Master Data, proven hands-on experience with MDM tools, and the ability to independently drive data quality and stewardship initiatives across the organization.Roles & ResponsibilitiesMaster Data Operations & OversightAct as a subject matter expert (SME) for healthcare master data, providing guidance to business and technical teamsPartner with business stakeholders, data engineering, and cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver continuous MDM improvementsMentor and guide junior MDM analysts, supporting their ramp-up and day-to-day problem resolutionLead the analysis, management, and maintenance of healthcare master data across relevant data domainsLead investigations on complex data discrepancies and resolve conflicts arising from multiple source system feedsOwn and oversee the end-to-end processing of Data Change Requests (DCRs), ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to defined workflowsOversee data stewardship queues, ensuring SLA adherence and proactive resolution across all data object types in scopeDesign and implement data quality frameworks to proactively identify and remediate duplication, incomplete records, and data inconsistenciesDefine, implement, and continuously improve data stewardship processes and workflows, including approval mechanisms and DCR pipelinesDrive data governance activities — establish and enforce data standards, policies, and stewardship best practices across teamsDevelop and track data quality KPIs and metrics, providing regular reporting to stakeholdersBasic QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree5+ years of hands-on experience in MDM support, data stewardship, or data governance in the Healthcare domainDeep working knowledge of MDM platforms experience with Reltio is highly preferredAdvanced proficiency in SQL for complex data querying, profiling, and root cause analysisStrong understanding of healthcare master data concepts, data models, hierarchies, and cross-domain relationshipsProven expertise in MDM principles - data governance, stewardship, survivorship, matching logic, and data quality managementDemonstrated ability to independently own and drive data quality initiatives end-to-endStrong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence both technical and business stakeholdersGood to HaveHands-on experience with ETL development and data pipeline operationsWorking knowledge of Python or PySpark for data transformation and automation workflowsExperience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS in a data operations or MDM contextExperience working in Agile or ITIL-based delivery modelsPrior experience in a lead or SME capacity within an MDM program or data governance initiative
