What You'll Do: •Work on structuring, evaluating, and executing strategic transactions for clients across various industries. •Gain exposure to high-impact projects involving business consolidation, ownership transition, and growth strategy. •Support planning and project execution, ensuring high-quality client deliverables such as presentations, case opinions, and concept notes. •Build an analytical mindset and foster firm-wide coordination. •Maintain a high level of confidentiality with strong ethics.Who We're Looking For: •Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) •Experience: 4 to 6 years post-qualification experience in Transaction Advisory. Candidates with Direct Tax experience are also highly preferred.
