Job DescriptionThe Client Servicing Executive is accountable for delivering good quality and efficient service to both internal and external clients through the day to day management of assigned accounts/projects. This role currently reports to the client service manager.The junior client service executive supports the manager to contribute the key business outcomes such as client retention, client satisfaction, enhancing Prolite’s brand value to clients and prospects achieving operating / margin targets and fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement.Primary areas of focus Conduct thorough needs assessments by actively listening to clients and asking relevant questions.Support the CS manager to Deliver high quality client service consistent with Prolite’s operational standards and practicesSupporting business priorities, operation and designing team members with the help of the CS team.Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, Operations, and Creative, to ensure the timely and successful delivery of products or services.Consistently tries to achieve operational productivity and performance metrics.Attend all the meetings with the CS manager to learn and grasp the skill.Detailed Accountability :Successfully manages an assigned group of client accounts / projects with the help of the CS managerBuilds relationships with the clients by providing exceptional ongoing customer care.Adheres to Prolite SOPs and policies while dealing with the client.Ability to multitask and co-ordinate on multiple projects while successfully meeting the deadlines.Secures existing business and drives the sale of additional services under the belt of Prolite.Cultivates relationship with the client organization as well as with day to day client.Leverages systems, services and resources to execute work effectively as possible.Escalates issues to the manager as appropriate.Consistently adheres to service timelines and professional standards.Skills Required Corporate Sales experience (Preferable).Great Communication skillsProficient in English speakingActive ListeningEager to learnAbility to MultitaskTimeliness
