Job Title : Process AssociateDomain : InsuranceCareer Stream : Insurance Operations (Life, Pensions, Annuities)Type : Back Office- Policy Servicing/ Claims/ New BusinessKey Activities :• Ability to communicate in English (verbal & written) to discuss subject matter with clients in a clear and professional manner• Should be able to develop system and process understanding• Responsible for sharing process updates with ops team.• Responsible for daily inventory/ transactions management• Should highlight any gaps / change management in current SOP's • Must be able to understand principles of insurance, insurance contracting, claims and policy servicing functions • Must be able to develop process documents such as procedures, workflows, other training documents• Should participate in projects initiated at a team levelKey Requirements:• Graduate Degree in any stream• 1-5 Year of professional experience preferably in operations• Independent, detail-oriented and self-motivated• Ability to prioritize work within assigned caseload• Proficiency using MS Office with good typing speed• A team player who can collaborate with team members and clients on daily basis and is able to participate in brainstorming session with Team Leaders and SMEs to help them identify process efficiency
