Job Title: Trainer (Collections Process)Location: Thane Experience: 2+ YearsRole OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic Trainer with experience in 3rd Party Collections to drive employee learning, performance improvement, and onboarding initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong facilitation skills, stakeholder management experience, and the ability to design impactful training programs.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily activities of training associates and consultantsConduct timely and constructive performance evaluationsPrepare and develop engaging learning materials and training modulesDeliver training using diverse methodologies (role plays, simulations, hands-on sessions, etc.)Conduct surveys and assessments to evaluate training effectivenessCollaborate with trainers, managers, and leadership teamsManage stakeholders and communicate training needs effectivelyTrack, analyze, and compile training data for insightsDesign and implement training strategies and initiativesTest, review, and continuously improve training contentMaintain a centralized database of all training materialsConduct onboarding and ongoing employee training programsMonitor employee learning progress and performance improvementResearch and implement innovative teaching methodsRequired Skills & CompetenciesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong facilitation and presentation skillsGood stakeholder management and interpersonal skillsStrong project management and multitasking abilitiesAbility to analyze data and derive actionable insightsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Familiarity with LMS and instructional toolsLeadership, mentoring, and team management skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to align with company goals and training objectivesEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in any disciplineMinimum 2 years of experience as a Trainer / Corporate TrainerMandatory: Minimum 2 years of experience in 3rd Party CollectionsCertification in training or talent development (preferred)How to Apply:Interested candidates can send their resumes to
