The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, managing high-performing sales teams, and expanding the customer base. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, driving business growth, preparing sales forecasts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organisational goals. The role may also require monitoring market trends and providing actionable insights to refine sales strategies.QualificationsStrong leadership, team management, and coordination skillsMust have experience of Inside & Field sales modelsMust have experience of closing retail sales in F2F modelShould have hired, trained & performed with large teamsShould be ready to take builder relations to new heightsShould be ready to take Face to Face meetings with clients & close sales for teamMust have proved himself/herself as a great team leader basis performance KPIsProven expertise in developing and implementing sales strategiesShould have worked in a Startup ecosystem & has shown growthAbility to understand market trends and identify business expansion opportunitiesExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsExperience with customer relationship management (CRM) systemsProficiency in reporting, analysing data, and preparing sales forecastsA demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding sales targetsA Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing is preferredReal estate sales experience is a strong advantage
