The incumbent will work closely with HR Centres of Excellence to ensure timely recruitment, training, career development, grievance management, compensation and benefits administration, policy communication, and employee exits. A key responsibility is to develop and implement best practices aimed at reducing employee turnover across locations. The role also involves building and maintaining an HR scorecard to monitor organisational and people health, and serving as a core team member for greenfield projects once initiated.Industrial Relations ManagementThis responsibility includes handling and resolving complex and sensitive employee inquiries and grievances. The incumbent will design and implement effective communication frameworks for employee engagement and conduct regular stakeholder and employee meetings. The role requires the ability to interpret, explain, and defend HR policies and programs, while negotiating and resolving sensitive and contentious employee relations issues. The position involves guiding supervisors and employees on workplace-related concerns, counselling both management and employees on grievances, and ensuring timely resolution or appropriate escalation.
