Minimum requirements: Completed university degree At least 10 years of professional experience Proven leadership experience in international projects Excellent written and spoken English skills Excellent written and spoken German skills Regional experience in India or South Asia (minimum 2 years) Demonstrated experience working with both public and private sector stakeholders in agriculture and agricultural trade in India Additional qualifications/experiences, which will be considered favorable:  Academic background in economic sciences, agricultural sciences, political sciences or in related fields Experience in agri-product development, marketing, and export promotion/international agricultural trade Relevant knowledge in databased agriculture, artificial intelligence and digitization/digital applications in an agricultural context Sound knowledge of the German food and agricultural sector (including retail and wholesale) as well as a good network  Ideally knowledge of the Indian food and agricultural sector as well as a good network  Track record in facilitating economic cooperations  Experience in international cooperation, preferably with government institutions and private sector stakeholders Several years of management experience in complex projects Diplomatic skills and familiar working with high level government institutions  Familiar with accounting procedures, administrative processes and regulations in connection with publicly financed projects or willingness to familiarize yourself with it  Hindi language skills are an asset
