Learn more about our Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary HR point of contact for assigned clinics within the regionResponsible for managing end-to-end regional-level hiring Visit clinics daily and work from the clinic to support employees and clinic leadershipSupport end-to-end employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, confirmations, role changes, and exitsHandle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters in coordination with central HRDrive employee engagement initiatives and ensure a positive workplace culture at the clinicsSupport performance management processes including goal setting, reviews, and feedback cyclesEnsure implementation and adherence to HR policies, SOPs, and code of conduct at clinic levelCoordinate with HR Operations and payroll teams for attendance, leave, and basic payroll inputs Support workforce planning, manpower requirements, and hiring coordination for clinicsMaintain accurate employee data, documentation, and regional MIS reportsKey Competencies:Strong employee relations and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work independently in a field-based, on-ground role o High emotional intelligence and problem-solving abilityStrong communication skills in English and Hindi o Good understanding of HR policies, processes, and basic labor lawsWhat We’re Looking For:Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in an HRBP, HR Generalist, or field HR roleWillingness to travel daily and work from clinic locationsExperience working with frontline, operations-heavy teams is a strong plus o Hands-on, approachable, and solution-oriented mindset
