Location: On-site, BengaluruDuration: 6 MonthsStipend: ₹30,000 per monthExperience: 0–3 YearsWork closely with: FoundersAbout the RoleWe are looking for a highly motivated Founder’s Office Intern – Operations to work directly with the founders and support the day-to-day functioning of the company.This role sits at the center of execution and offers hands-on exposure to how a fast-growing deep-tech startup operates. You will be involved in real business priorities, operational problem-solving, and cross-team coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist founders in tracking priorities, timelines, and execution of daily operational tasksCoordinate across teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of action itemsSupport planning and implementation of internal processes and operational improvementsManage scheduling, meeting coordination, and follow-upsMaintain trackers, reports, documentation, and structured data recordsAssist in recruitment coordination, including interview scheduling and candidate communicationSupport onboarding activities and general employee coordinationCoordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for office and lab requirementsTrack office inventory, consumables, procurement documentation, and delivery follow-upsHelp ensure facility operations run smoothly and operational issues are resolved efficientlyProvide basic support on productivity tools, email setups, and internal systemsAssist with website or social media execution when requiredWork closely with founders on priority initiatives and execution-driven projectsWho Should ApplyHighly organized, proactive, and execution-focused individualsComfortable working in fast-paced startup environments and handling diverse responsibilitiesStrong communication skills and willingness to learn quicklyBachelor’s degree in any discipline0–3 years of experience or strong internship / project exposureBasic familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Excel, or Canva is an advantageWhy This RoleDirect exposure to founders and real company-building experienceHigh ownership and steep learning curve from day oneOpportunity to work across multiple operational functions in a growing startup
