Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Licensed Clinical Psychologist based in Lucknow. Responsibilities include conducting psychological assessments and testing, providing psychotherapy and counseling, developing individualized treatment plans, and offering clinical supervision to other practitioners. The Licensed Clinical Psychologist will also collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in delivering expert mental health care and contribute to patient recovery and wellness in a dedicated, compassionate manner. QualificationsExpertise in Psychology, including advanced knowledge in behavioral and mental health concepts.Skilled in Psychological Testing and interpreting assessment results to inform treatment plans.Experience in Mental Health interventions, counseling, and providing effective therapeutic support.Capable of Clinical Supervision to guide and mentor junior staff or trainees.Proficiency in Counseling Psychology, with strong interpersonal and communication skills to support clients and families.Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D./M.hil (Clinical Psychology/PDCP) or equivalent professional credentials is required.State licensure as a Clinical Psychologist with RCIExperience in psychiatric, behavioral, or addiction medicine is highly desirable.Commitment to maintaining confidentiality, ethical standards, and evidence-based practices in clinical care.
