The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue targets, mentoring team members, improving conversion ratios, and ensuring high-quality student counselling experiences.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of career counsellorsMonitor daily performance metrics and conversion ratiosDrive monthly revenue and enrolment targetsTrain and mentor team members to improve counselling qualityHandle escalations and complex student casesDevelop strategies to improve lead-to-enrolment conversionEnsure CRM and reporting discipline within the teamQualificationsBachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)1–2+ years of experience in EdTech / Education / Inside SalesStrong leadership and mentoring skillsExcellent communication and persuasion abilitiesTarget-driven mindset with proven achievement recordExperience working with CRM systemsLocation: Jaipur Compensation: Fixed + Performance Incentives
