This position is with one of our clients in India who is actively hiring candidates to expand their teams.Title: ServiceNow Developer – CSM / ITSM (SOM or FSM)Location: Bangalore/ Hyderabad/ ChennaiEmployment Type: C2HShifts: 2 PM- 11 PM (overlapping)Experience Required: 6+ YearsCSM: 2+ Years ITSM: 5 + Years SOM or FSM: 2+ YearsRole:We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on expertise in CSM and ITSM, along with specialization in either Service Operations Management (SOM) or Field Service Management (FSM). The role involves end-to-end development, configuration, integration, and support of scalable ServiceNow solutions in an Agile environment.Responsibilities:Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow solutions across CSM and ITSM modulesDevelop server-side and client-side scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs)Configure workflows, Flow Designer, notifications, SLAs, approvals, and Service Catalog itemsImplement and enhance CSM case management and customer workflowsConfigure ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, CMDB)Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and Integration HubPerform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and production support within SLACollaborate with onsite teams, architects, BAs, and QA in Agile deliverySpecialization (Either one):SOM: Event Management, service mapping, monitoring integrations, operational workflowsFSM: Work order management, scheduling, dispatching, technician workflows, mobile workforce supportRequired Skills:5+ years of ServiceNow platform development experienceStrong hands-on experience in CSM and ITSMExperience in either SOM or FSMStrong JavaScript and Glide API knowledgeExperience with Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLsWorkflow / Flow Designer configurationService Catalog, Record Producers, Order GuidesCMDB and CI relationshipsREST/SOAP integrations and MID ServerStrong understanding of ITIL processesPreferred Skills:ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CSM / ITSM / SOM / FSM)Experience with Integration Hub and Automated Test Framework (ATF)Performance Analytics and dashboarding exposureExperience with ServiceNow upgrades and best practicesStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work independently in an offshore delivery model
