Based on the recognition that humankind is one community, UPL’s overarching commitment is to improve areas of its presence, workplace and customer engagement. please visit About the Role: As a Pricing Specialist Serve as the technical reference for Pricing, connecting data, pricing models, commercial policies, and system parameters to sustainably maximize margin with commercial discipline and competitive coherence.Responsibilities:Support the execution and continuous improvement of the pricing cycle.Translate business guidelines into robust and auditable system rules (ERP/CRM/Pricing Tool).Structure datasets to support business decision-making.Transform information into actionable insights.Develop predictive models (margin, elasticity, cannibalization).Analyze price dispersion and margin leakage; propose corrective actions.Develop an executive and operational dashboards (KPIs, exceptions, alerts).Develop and adjust commercial policies (sell-in/sell-out, discounts, rebates) and support commercial campaigns. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in economics, Engineering, Statistics, Data Science/Engineering, or related fields.Advanced SQL and experience with data pipelines (quality, versioning, documentation).Proficiency in Python (data manipulation, automation, modelling).Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, or equivalent).Microsoft Office Suite.Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems and pricing system rules; financial modelling and price elasticity.English proficiency.Preferred Skills:Experience with dedicated Pricing tools; environments with high commercial dispersion.Ability to build compelling business narratives.Knowledge of APIs, cloud data stacks, and pipeline orchestration.
