Known for delivering advanced security consulting and managed services, the organization supports some of the world’s largest enterprises in protecting critical systems and identities.Job Title – Senior SailPoint EngineerLocation – Remote in India (Bengaluru preferred)Role Type – Contract (3–6 months with strong likelihood of conversion to full-time)Must Have Skills:8+ years of hands-on experience in IAM/IGA operations and support with strong expertise in SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN) and SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)Deep operational knowledge of identity lifecycle management, access governance, compliance controls, and access review campaigns (including SoD and remediation workflows)Proven experience in troubleshooting application connectors, APIs, and synchronization issues within hybrid identity environmentsWorking knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, SSO, and authentication protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID ConnectScripting proficiency in PowerShell or Python for automation, operational reporting, and process efficiencyResponsibilities and Job Details:Provide operational support and maintenance for SailPoint IDN/ISC environmentsManage identity lifecycle processes, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and access governance workflowsSupport and troubleshoot application onboarding and connector integrationsInvestigate and resolve issues related to identity synchronization, APIs, and access provisioningExecute and manage access certification campaigns and remediation processesMaintain and improve operational documentation, including runbooks and standard operating procedures (SOPs)Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure identity services operate reliably and securelySupport hybrid identity integrations involving AD, Azure AD, and enterprise applicationsAutomate operational tasks and reporting through scripting where applicableDeliver high-quality operational support aligned with customer service and response expectationsParticipate in shift-based support aligned with U.S. operational hoursContribute to continuous improvement of IAM operational processes and governance practices
