Key Responsibilities1. Sales Coordination & SupportAssist the sales team in preparing competitive freight quotations (air & ocean).Follow up on leads, inquiries, and customer requests.Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.Support in preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts.2. Pricing & Quotation ManagementCoordinate with shipping lines, airlines, and vendors to obtain rates.Analyze freight rates, surcharges, and market trends.Ensure timely and accurate submission of quotes to customers.3. Customer ServiceAct as a point of contact for customer inquiries related to shipments and pricing.Provide shipment updates in coordination with operations teams.Handle client complaints and escalate issues when required.4. Internal CoordinationWork closely with operations, customs clearance, and accounts teams.Ensure seamless transition from sales to execution of shipments.5. Reporting & AnalysisPrepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance tracking.Monitor key metrics such as conversion rates and customer retention.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.1–3 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics (preferred).Knowledge of Incoterms, shipping documentation, and freight pricing.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
