The candidate must have hands-on knowledge of products such as fly ash bricks, AAC blocks, aggregates, coarse aggregates, and related building materials.This is a completely on-field role involving daily site visits across Delhi NCR and Gurugram.Key ResponsibilitiesVisit construction sites across Delhi NCR and Gurugram to generate leads and close salesPromote and sell construction materials including:Fly Ash BricksAAC BlocksAggregatesCoarse AggregatesOther structural building materialsBuild strong relationships with contractors, builders, developers, and procurement headsIdentify ongoing and upcoming residential/commercial projectsNegotiate pricing and close ordersAchieve monthly and quarterly sales targetsTrack competitor activities and market demandCoordinate with operations/logistics for timely supplyRequired Skills & Qualifications1–3 years of sales experience in construction materialsStrong product knowledge of fly ash bricks, AAC blocks, aggregates, etc.Understanding of site requirements and construction processesExisting network in Delhi NCR and Gurugram construction ecosystem (preferred)Good negotiation and communication skillsComfortable with extensive travel for site visitsTarget-driven and self-motivatedCompensation & BenefitsFixed Salary: ₹25,000 per monthAttractive Performance-Based IncentivesTravel Allowance Covered by CompanyOpportunity for growth in a fast-growing construction materials business
