Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Manager of Influencer Marketing. The role involves managing end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns, collaborating with clients to understand their needs, and identifying key influencers to align with brand goals. Key responsibilities include negotiating contracts, fostering relationships with influencers, overseeing campaign execution, monitoring performance metrics, and providing actionable insights. The Manager will also ensure campaigns are completed on time, within budget, and in line with strategic objectives. Qualifications Strong skills in Influencer Marketing, Campaign Management, and Social Media EngagementProficiency in Contract Negotiation and Relationship Management with influencers and clientsExperience with Performance Analytics and metrics to evaluate and optimize campaign outcomesExcellent Communication, Presentation, and Leadership skillsFamiliarity with emerging trends and platforms in the influencer and social media landscapeBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related fieldPrior experience in the events or marketing industry is a strong advantageAbility to work collaboratively in a team setting while managing multiple projects effectively
