We partner with 48 government and charitable hospitals across the country to support underprivileged children during their treatment.Our team of specially trained Pediatric Oncology Nutritionists monitors each child’s nutritional progress, creates diet plans, counsels families, and educates them on home-based nutrition. We also provide nutritional supplements, hot meals, and ration baskets tailored to each child’s needs, ensuring they have the strength to fight cancer.About the RoleWe are seeking a passionate and results-driven Key Account Manager (Fundraising) to cultivate and manage corporate partnerships. This role involves identifying and engaging new CSR donors, stewarding existing relationships through employee engagement, and ensuring timely, high-quality impact reporting and engagement.The ideal candidate will bring creativity, strong communication skills, and a deep commitment to our mission. As a senior member within the fundraising team, the Fundraising Manager will also mentor junior fundraising staff and contribute to departmental strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesCSR Fundraising & Donor ManagementBuild and manage a pipeline of large and mid-sized corporate donors for CSR partnershipsProvide strategic guidance to Fundraising Associates in building donor portfolios and developing outreach strategiesEngage prospective donors through meetings, events, and proposals to secure fundingCoordinate with the Deputy Head - Fundraising to prepare and submit tailored project proposalsManage day-to-day relationships with CSR partners, ensuring ongoing communication and supportReporting & DocumentationMonitor fund utilization for CSR projects, ensuring transparency and accountabilityTrack and flag project variances in coordination with Finance and Programs teamsImplement a robust reporting framework ensuring consistency, quality, and complianceTrain and oversee junior team members on donor communication, reporting, and complianceLiaise with Programs and Finance teams to collate accurate fund utilization and impact dataUpload impact and utilization details to donor portals and CSR compliance platformsOversee issuance of CSR donation receipts in collaboration with FinanceEmployee Engagement & MarketingPlan and execute employee engagement activities for CSR partnersWork closely with the Marketing team to highlight CSR partnerships across social media and other channelsOperations & ComplianceEnsure all donor-related compliance requirements are metMaintain accurate records and MIS for all CSR engagements and reportsMust-HavesMBA / Master’s degree in any specialization4–5 years of fundraising/sales experience with a proven track record of raising large funds or servicing high-value relationshipsExperience in donor relationship management and preparing impactful proposals and reportsStrong verbal and written communication skills, including sales pitches and proposal writingCollaborative mindset with ability to work cross-functionallyHigh drive and sophistication, excited to help shape the future of the fundraising departmentStrong interpersonal presence to represent the organisation with multiple stakeholdersDeep passion for social impact and our missionKey Skills & QualitiesRelationship Builder – Confident engaging senior leaders and building long-term donor relationshipsPersuasive Communicator – Strong written and verbal communication with pitching abilityResults-Oriented – Comfortable working with targets and deadlinesCollaborative – Works seamlessly across internal teamsMission-Driven – Passionate about social impactEntrepreneurial Spirit – Proactive, creative, and resourcefulLocation: Lower Parel, MumbaiAPPLY BY CLICKING HERE
