We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager with 4+ years of exprience in Edtech to build and manage strong partnerships with colleges and educational institutions. The role focuses on client engagement, retention, and driving long-term value through strategic collaboration.ResponsibilitiesManage relationships with partner colleges and act as the primary point of contactDrive onboarding and ensure smooth implementation of services/productsMaintain regular communication to understand client needs and challengesDrive end-to-end onboarding of collegesConduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars for students and placement teamsDesign and execute campus engagement strategies (drives, challenges, campaigns)Drive renewals and long-term contractsProvide feedback from colleges to improve product featuresQualifications4–5 years of relevant experienceStrong stakeholder management (TPOs, colleges, institutions)Excellent communication and presentation skillsExperience in B2B / EdTech / SaaS client handlingData-driven approach to track engagement and outcomesSales and account management mindsetAbility to conduct workshops and training sessions
