This is a unique opportunity to work in both B2B2C SaaS fintech products and a B2C UPI and Credit cards product. This is a cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of marketing, product, growth, design, and sales, driving product propositions, brand awareness and sales funnel conversions.Key Responsibilities: Brand strategy, architecture and positioning Define and articulate differentiated brand narratives for both enterprise and consumer product lines.Crafting distinct but aligned visual identities for B2B decision maker personas and keeping them consistent across touchpoints. Develop sharp messaging frameworks, value propositions, and product stories for new launches. Segmenting the clients into further behavior/life story/priorities led personas and modifying communication strategy.Product proposition enhancements and GTM strategiesProduct proposition enhancements based on the product lifecycle in alignment with needs in the market Primary and secondary research to understand the said and unsaid needs from decision makers and end users.Partner with Product to shape market-facing articulation of new features, pilots, and releases.Build GTM playbooks and launch campaigns for enterprise and consumer segments.Conduct competitive benchmarking regularly to refine positioning.Awareness and integrated campaignsPlan and execute multi-channel brand campaigns across print, digital, social, email, events, and partnerships.Drive consumer-first campaigns for UPI & credit cards, improving acquisition and retention metrics.Collaborate with Sales/Growth for B2B2C demand-generation initiatives including end-user marketing.Content, communicationOwn the storytelling across every touchpoint - website, product pages, demos, app communication, videos, social media.Work with internal design team and external agencies to deliver world-class brand assets.Create CIO/CHRO/CFO/CMO persona-specific communication for enterprise segments.Create consumer facing communications for the B2C brand.Performance and InsightsDriving performance campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Google and other channels.Ensure healthy SEO for the website and enhance the bounce rate, stickiness and form fill rate.Track brand health metrics: awareness, recall, salience, consideration.Monitor category trends in fintech, UPI, cards, and SaaS platforms.Use insights to refine communication and GTM plans.Work with Business teams to improve the funnel metrics and deliver strong ROAS.Knowledge & SkillsStrong fundamentals in branding, segmentation, positioning, and storytellingUnderstanding of payments ecosystem and spends management ecosystem (preferred, not mandatory)Ability to plan and manage campaigns and GTM end-to-endQualifications (Education & Experience)MBA from a Tier 1 or strong Tier 2 institute2–3 years of relevant experience (Startups / FinTech / FMCG)Role Scope / ExposureIndividual Contributor (IC) roleStrong cross-functional collaborationLocation - Hyderabad, Work from Office (WFO)Reporting Line - Reports to AVP Marketing
