With a decade of experience capturing weddings across India and abroad, our team believes in one thing — making couples relive their day, exactly as it was felt.We’re now looking for a dynamic, organised, and warm professional to lead our Client Experience function — someone who can build trust, manage relationships, and ensure every couple feels taken care of from the first enquiry to final delivery, while also building new revenue channels beyond weddings.Role OverviewThis person will handle shoot coordination, and post-wedding communication — ensuring a seamless, premium experience at every touchpoint.Key Responsibilities1. Client Servicing & CommunicationCreate and manage client WhatsApp groups post-booking.Coordinate with the internal team (photographers, cinematographers, editors, finance) for each project.Share timely updates on shoot details, delivery timelines, and milestones.Handle client feedback, testimonials, and post-delivery closure gracefully.Track project progress end-to-end to ensure no client feels “unattended.”2.
