About the CompanyOne of the top manufacturers in the firefighting industryKey Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including JV entries, BRS, bill booking, GRN follow-ups, and daily accounting.Pass JVs for salary provisions, staff loans, PF & ESI bifurcation, party-to-party transactions, and periodic entries.Handle GST, TDS, and other tax compliances – returns, filings, reconciliations, and assessments.Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (GST, Income Tax, Companies Act).Oversee banking operations, fund flow, bank reconciliations, fixed deposits, and interest calculations.Manage Bank Guarantees (BG) – issuance, amendments, tracking, and closure.Handle import/export compliances (EDPMS/IDPMS, BOE closures) and coordinate with banks/export teams.Work on SAP for accounting, asset management, and reporting.Coordinate with auditors (internal/statutory/tax/cost) and resolve audit queries.Prepare balance sheet schedules, MIS reports, and management documentation.Perform 26AS reconciliation and verification.Prepare ITC-04 returns and support cost audit data verification.Liaise with banks, consultants, auditors, and internal stakeholders.Lead team activities including task allocation, mentoring, and process adherence.
