Drive initiatives that strengthen digital brand presence, increase website traffic, generate qualified leads, and support revenue growth.Digital Brand Presence & Online Visibility:Strengthen the organization’s digital brand identity and online visibility across platforms including websites, social media channels, search engines, and digital media channels to enhance brand awareness and engagement.Performance Marketing & Demand Generation:Lead and optimize performance marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, paid media campaigns, display advertising, social media marketing, and lead generation programs to drive measurable business outcomes.Content & Digital Engagement Strategy:Oversee the development of content marketing strategies across digital channels including websites, blogs, social platforms, email campaigns, and digital communities to enhance customer engagement and brand storytelling.AI-Driven Marketing & Marketing Technology:Leverage AI-powered tools, marketing automation platforms, and MarTech solutions to improve campaign targeting, customer segmentation, personalization, and marketing performance. Candidates with a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering & Masters in Marketing will be an added advantage.Experience:Minimum 10–15 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role managing digital marketing strategy and teams.
