Job Title: Packaging and Labeling Project Analyst Job Type: Full-time Location: India Work regime: 100% Fully remote Keywords: Loftware Spectrum, Nicelabel, SAP, and FDA Position Overview As an Enterprise Packaging and Labeling Project Analyst , you will play a key role in supporting packaging and labeling updates tied to the company’s new brand and legal entity transition following the healthcare spin-off from 3M. This role combines project coordination, design adaptation, and system management to ensure packaging consistency and compliance across products. What You Will Do Support the production and execution of packaging artwork and design updates for projects of simple to moderate scope. Ensure adherence to packaging guidelines for accuracy and brand consistency. Pull artwork, apply redlines, and document changes as required by business needs. Manage artwork routing, approvals, and timelines to meet project deadlines. Create, edit, and update label templates using Loftware Spectrum and Nicelabel . Maintain and update label data in SAP . Validate, route, and approve labels for compliance. Initiate packaging projects with vendors via Loftware and Smartflow systems. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams while adapting to defined processes and systems. What You Bring Education : Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of packaging graphics experience in the creative/printing industry, OR High School Diploma with 2 years of relevant experience. Experience & Skills : Background in design, art production, or graphic arts. Knowledge of FDA regulations, uniform packaging laws, and healthcare packaging standards. Ability to manage high volumes of work, shifting priorities, and tight timelines. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) . Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management. Adaptability to work across multiple systems and tools.
