Requires knowledge of some Azure Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) services including but not limited to: Networking: VNET, NSG, ASG, Route Tables, UDR, Subnets, Load Balancers, Express Route, Application Gateway Compute: VMs, Availability Groups, VSS, SQL Servers, Azure Virtual Desktop Security Devices: NSG, ASG, Firewalls, AppFW, VPN Gateway, Bastion, WAF Monitoring: Azure Advisor, Azure Monitor, Azure Policy, Cost Management + Billing Identity Management: Azure AD, MFA, Conditional Access Storage: Managed Disks, Attached Storage, Storage Accounts, Blob, Queue, File Respond to support tickets within established Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Service Level Objectives (SLO) and support processes including escalation to Level 3 and or Microsoft when appropriate, documenting all support case resolutions in the ticketing system, developing root cause analysis solutions for recurring problems, and reviewing solutions with clients as required.  Work with Customers and Support Technicians on resolving incidents and problems.  Assist with delivering projects for customers in Azure.  Design and document assessment, migration, and implementation plans to deploy business solutions using the appropriate and recommended Azure services.  Participate in 24x7 On-Call rotation to assist the global client base.  Perform other duties as required.  Qualification:A minimum of 3 years of experience working in IT, preferably in large environments, and at least three years of experience in Microsoft Azure support OR 1 year as a Henson Group Tier 1 Support Technician. Experience analyzing, troubleshooting, and providing solutions for technical issues related to Microsoft Azure  Work experience in large international environments. Microsoft Azure Certification in at least one of these: Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals Microsoft Certified: Azure Enterprise Data Analyst Associate Microsoft Certified: Azure Network Engineer Associate Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate Microsoft Certified: Azure Support Engineer for Connectivity Specialty              ALIANDO is an equal-opportunity employer committed to Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging.
