The role involves close collaboration with supply planning, manufacturing, marketing, and business stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure product availability at the point of sale for regulated marketsAnalyze demand and supply data to identify business risks and opportunitiesManage finished goods inventory across all levels in line with company normsGenerate demand and requirement plans and coordinate with supply planning teamsAddress supply challenges through alternative planning options such as batch size optimizationReview manufacturing plans and identify factors impacting finished goods availabilityParticipate in MPRM, Campus S&OP, E‑S&OP, and S&OP forumsLead review discussions with business heads on critical projectsCommunicate supply scenarios to markets for monthly and short to mid-term planningParticipate in marketing reviews covering forecasting gaps, non-moving inventory, and budget trendsCollaborate with external partners on demand planning automation and system validation initiativesIdeal Candidate ProfileB.Tech / B.E (Industrial Engineering) + MBA (Operations as Major) 0–1 year of experience or relevant internship exposureStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work cross-functionally with diverse stakeholdersGood communication and presentation skillsInterest in pharmaceutical demand planning and supply chain operationsInterested and eligible candidates are encouraged to apply or share their profiles.
