Founded in 2009 and nowserving thousands of companies worldwide, Gainsight is widely recognized as a pioneer and category leader in customer success technology.Job Location- HyderabadResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and integrations using WorkatoDevelop and manage API-based data integrations, including:Authentication (OAuth, API keys)Pagination handlingRate limiting & retriesData transformation logicBuild and optimize ETL pipelines to support customer onboarding, migration, and system integrationsPerform data extraction, cleansing, validation, and transformation to ensure high data qualityCreate reusable Workato recipes and integration frameworks to accelerate future implementationsImplement monitoring, logging, and error-handling mechanisms for reliability and performanceTroubleshoot integration and data pipeline issues; optimize for performance and scalabilityCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Customer Success, Product, Professional Services) to translate business requirements into robust data solutionsWork with relational databases and SQL for data validation, analysis, and debuggingSupport reporting and analytics use cases by ensuring clean and reliable data availabilityRequirements5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Integration Engineering, or similar rolesStrong hands-on experience with Workato (preferred) or other iPaaS tools (MuleSoft, Boomi, Zapier)Solid understanding of API-based integrations (REST APIs) including authentication, pagination, and error handlingProven experience building and maintaining ETL/data pipelines and data migration workflowsStrong proficiency in SQL and working with relational data modelsExperience with scripting/programming languages such as Python or JavaScriptExperience working with data validation, cleansing, and transformation techniquesFamiliarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce is a plusExposure to BI/reporting tools is a plusAbility to think beyond tools and apply core data engineering and integration principlesWhat is in it you- Work on cutting-edge technologies across diverse industries while collaborating with international teams.
