Aptean Food & Beverage Functional ConsultantSydney/Melbourne or Remote (Global)Altitude is seeking an experienced Aptean Food & Beverage Functional Consultant for a leading AI and business solutions provider based in Sydney, driving digital transformation in the food and beverage sector.This opportunity offers flexible work arrangements, and can be based in Sydney, Melbourne, or performed remotely from anywhere in the world. Your expertise in Aptean and Dynamics 365 Business Central will shape mission-critical solutions for complex fresh produce operations, with the chance to lead impactful implementations, influence best practices, and contribute to a business committed to excellence and innovation.We need someone who can hit the ground running, implementing the Aptean F&B advanced manufacturing bundle and the Aptean Fresh bundle on D365 BC.Key Responsibilities:Lead the implementation of Aptean Food and Beverage Foundation and Aptean Manufacturing solutions within D365 BCCollaborate with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into practical functional outcomesConfigure and customise Aptean F&B and Business Central to meet customer-specific needsProvide best practice guidance for fresh produce operations and related process flowsSupport data migration, testing, training, troubleshooting, and go-live activitiesKey Requirements:Proven experience implementing Aptean Food and Beverage add-ons within D365 BCStrong functional or techno-functional experience with Dynamics 365 Business CentralPrevious work with Aptean professional services, a D365 BC partner, or customer-side implementation teamsFamiliarity with fresh produce industry processes including farming, grading, packaging, and grower returnsStrong understanding of both Business Central and Aptean F&B architecture and workflowsHow to apply:Please apply now following the application process.Interested in the role but don't have an updated CV?
