We are looking for a responsible and disciplined Hostel Warden to manage day-to-day hostel operations and ensure the safety, well-being, and smooth functioning of the facility.Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily hostel operations & resident management - Ensure discipline, safety, and adherence to rules - Maintain records, attendance, and incident reports - Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance - Handle grievances and emergency situationsRequirements:- Strong leadership and communication skills - Experience in hostel/residential facility management preferred - Ability to handle responsibilities with accountability - Willingness to stay on campusKey Skills- Strong leadership and disciplinary skills - Good communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to handle emergencies and conflict situations - Basic administrative and record-keeping skills - Knowledge of safety and compliance norms
